Inspired by Home and Heritage themes, and spread over a few weeks, Heritage Associate run workshops, interactive talks and engagement activities usually around an exhibition, so people to get a feel for how and why Somerset society has developed in the way it has, gain better connections to heritage themes in the county today and begin to understand how and why Somerset society might develop in the future.
Our Heritage Associates showcase new, short activities at drop-in events and Community Together workshops, encouraging people of all ages to CONNECT with heritage, become ‘heritage-curious’ about Somerset and begin to gain a sense of hidden heritage. These take place around the county and throughout the year.
