The GLADE Centre has developed a simple framework to help build familiarity and understanding of some of the complex ideas of of global-local themes within community development and social learning. This framework is based on the concept of Connect, Challenge, Change, providing everyone with a model for planning, carrying out, seeking new opportunities and evaluating where social learning and community development takes place.
